I have been working with Jodie Avery, for nutrition help, and i couldnt recommend her and home core fitness more!
I asked Jesse White for help, being an avid fitness enthusiast, i struggle with foods. I have been in binge restrict cycles in the past 5 years, and started working through that the past 18 months Through disordered eating therapy, and breaking those toxic cycles, i had gained weight, and couldnt seem to get it in check, and didnt want to go back to disordered eating.
Jesse connected me with Jodie Avery - and it has been more than i could ask for! The continuous support and accessibility, the easy and variety of meal plans - Every meal i have made has been so yummy!! Jodie works with me balancing tracking with intuitive approaches, and through a gentle defecit, I barely feel it - and I am in this for the long run - so its more of a marathon, rather than a race. I am losing fat, keeping my strenght in the gym, but most importantly listening to my internal cues more.
What i have seen the most change in is that I am craving more whole foods full of nutrition, rather than packaged and processed foods. My digestion has been better, my skin looks better, and my energy levels have been consistent throughout the day.
No restrictions, very little binging (I am still in recovery from restrict/binge) and most importantly my relationship with food is much more loving.
Biggest Non scale victory I have had - going away on vacation. I typically have "Vacation" mentality, where i eat a lot of things that dont feel great in my body, and i will eat a lot of them. This time, working with Jodie, we devised a plan - focused on high protein breakfast, lots of water fruit and veggies. And 1 dessert a day. Thats right - my nutritionist told me to eat a dessert - cause its vacay!
I came back lighter on the scale. That has never happenned before to me. I usually come back 3 pounds heavier (most of it glycogen but usually estimates to 1 pound gain).
I have so much gratitude for Jodie and Home Core fitness, i couldnt recommend them more!

Rick is a terrific instructor. Whether it's cardio, weights, or core work, he knows his stuff and runs a fun class!

Our trainer, Katrina, is wonderful. She's encouraging, cheerful, and friendly. She works hard on planning each session and makes sure we are doing each exercise right. Jesse, the owner, is also great. I highly recommend Home Core Fitness!

Jesse is amazing, he started working with my son and has been a great mentor to help him on his personal journey. Not only does he focus on the physical aspects of fitness, but he is comprehensive in his discussions around overall health both physical and mental. He provides excellent service, if I could give him 10 stars I would!!

I took my 9 year old son, who is a ice hockey goalie, to Jesse after he suffered repeated injuries to the same area of his body while playing goal. Jesse correctly and quickly diagnosed the issue and we got to work. He made my son feel right at home and excited to put in the work to rehab his injury. He made it fun! Since working with Jesse, my son has not had a reoccurrence of his injury and seems strong and fully recovered. I highly recommend the services of Home Core Fitness!

Jessee has become a great friend who pushes me to be the best version of myself. He is beyond dedicated to helping anyone progress in their fitness journey. Those he hires display the same dedication and passion to get you results! He is very experienced and is very knowledgeable about fitness! You seriously cannot go wrong! Highly recommend!

This company is great! They are full service from A-Z. And my personal trainer is the best. Personalized customer service is everything in business. Most of the corporate world has forgotten that these days but thank full for a business like Home Core this is keeping alive and well.
