Just like Personal Training but on the water! We will go over your fitness goals and the session is custom-tailored to your level of fitness!
This is a 1 on 1 session with a fitness professional on the water!
From learning the fundamentals of riding a SUP board, stretches, core work and upper body....the options are endless!
- We do work with novice to entry-level offering SUP 101 sessions
- We do work with advanced levels as well working on fitness on your SUP board such as total body workouts and core!
- We do have a rental board available, our fleet of boards is growing!
- This is a FUN way to get a workout while on the water
- We do travel throughout Maryland
- This is for everyone and everyone who wants to have fun while exercising!
